Intent-To-Return Forms

Please let us know if you intend for your scholar to return to RMP next school year (August 2025 through June 2026). Additional paper copies are available in all admin offices. Complete the Intent-to-Return form by January 17. If the form is not returned, we may not be able to guarantee your scholar a seat at RMP next school year.
